My experience Downloading music in the first world.
I don´t know how many of you know but I am from Panama. Is a small land between Costa Rica and Columbia.
In Panama there are no laws against downloading music. An certenly there is no law against using p2p or torrent. At least what I know.
Yesterday I had a really shocking experience all for not knowing the German or maybe European law about torrents. Now they are charging my neighbor with 1200 euros. But is obvious, I will pay the money and avoid any other trouble.
Thank God I have the money and a way out. For the record always ask what is wrong to do.
